Front Steps

Homeowners needed new steps. The old cement ones were sagging, crumbling and beyond their life. They removed the old steps and had concrete poured. Gerard replaced the two siding boards behind the old steps.

Being a husband and wife team can be both fun and challenging.

Composite material was used for a more weather friendly and minimal maintenance option.

A metal railing kit was chosen and not too difficult to install.

The homeowners were happy. They opted to paint the siding pieces themselves.
