This all season porch hasn't been updated in many years. It was a unique custom creation that had a lot of charm, but had definitely aged.
It turned out there was more damage than they realized.
Sadly, so much rotted wood from weather/water damage.
Changed up the window overlooking the porch.
Some compromises had to be made. The previous custom windows could not be exactly replaced. Function was still greatly improved, the view was maintained, and the homeowners were very pleased.
